SHIPPING AND PICKUP POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our baits, the turnaround time for all orders is 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted and does not include shipping time. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Shipping cost is based on exact weight and rates through the preferred carrier. Free pickup within seven (7) business days of order completion notice. If the order is not picked up within 7 business days of notification, the order will be shipped at customer expense. Shipping invoices not paid within three (3) business days will be cancelled, the entire order will be placed into Ready to Ship inventory, and no refund will be given.
OUR RETURN POLICY
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your baits order, we want to make it right. The customer has five (5) business days to contact us with the order number and the reason for the return/refund request. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. If product(s) were damaged in shipping, Ketch'um Outdoors will cover return shipping and remake the partial or full order. Due to the nature of the sport, we are not responsible for product damage after use. If you are unsatisfied with the appearance of your product(s) and it has not been damaged or used, you may return it at your expense and we will issue a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued without the return of the product(s).

If a customer is not satisfied with the electronics install or an issue arises, they have seven (7) days including holidays and weekends to notify via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
WARRANTY
Our baits are 100% handmade in-house from pouring and painting the heads to hand tying the skirts. We are confident that you will be happy with the pride and attention to detail we put in our work. If not, please contact us and we will make it right according to the conditions of our return policy.

We cannot be held liable for the malfunction of boat electronics. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer to get the best solution. If the wiring installation is the issue, we will do a partial or full reinstallation at no cost to you.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients may cancel or reschedule their free electronics services consultation call up to twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled time slot. Less than twelve hours cancellation or reschedule notice will result in a consultation fee of $25 that must be paid prior to a future consultation call. Should services become booked and rendered, the $25 fee will be refunded.

Clients who have booked an electronics service may reschedule boat drop-off 24 hours prior to the agreed scheduled time without issue. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a required deposit of $100 (travel fees not included) prior to beginning work.

No call/no show clients will be subject to required deposits for all future appointments including consultation calls and services. No exceptions.
PRIVACY POLICY
As a small family business, we understand and respect your right to privacy. We do not sell your information to third parties for any reason. The information collected at checkout and/or service inquiries will be stored securely for your future convenience and used to notify our valued customers of store updates, new products and services, and sales.
